The grapes are picked in the second half of September. At the winery, the grapes are gently pressed and then undergo a slow fermentation process in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts.
Intense and bright straw colour.
Mature fruit plays the leading role, with hints of golden delicious apple and banana, followed by a bouquet of yellow flowers.
A full flavour, with a light carbonic fizz bringing out a delicate sensation of sugared almond. A sapid finish.
