This privacy policy complements our website navigation policy and is intended to explain you how the Data Controller will specifically process the data entered in this contact form. You are therefore encouraged to read our privacy policy

Purpose and legal base of data processing
The Data Controller processes personal data for various purposes, such as:

  • Respond to requests submitted through this form, e.g. to obtain information on products or services (including the delivery of brochures, catalogues and/or other company information material), to obtain a quotation, etc.. In such cases, consent will not be required because the processing is necessary to respond to such requests;
  • Use the Data Subject’s email address to send commercial communications containing information on products or services, as well as promotions or invitations to events in which the Data Controller will participate. With respect to this purpose, the express consent of the Data Subject will be required.

Data retention time
The Data Controller intends to process the data according to the following time criteria:

  • If information is requested, then the data will be processed for the time needed to provide feedback;
  • For the purpose under 2) above, the data will be processed for twenty-four months as of the time consent is provided, with the Data Subject being entitled to withdraw his/her consent or object to the processing at any time;

Nature of the data provided and consequences arising from denial to provide the data
The provision of data for the purposes set out in point 1) is necessary and therefore any refusal to provide such data in whole or in part may make it impossible for the Data Controller to pursue the above-mentioned purposes. The provision for further purposes is optional. Failure to provide data will result in the Data Controller being unable to carry out the relevant activities, although it will still be entitled to pursue the purposes set out under 1) above. 

Groups of recipients
The Data Controller will not disseminate the data but plans to disclose them to internal individuals authorised to process them on the basis of their respective duties, as well as to sales agents, credit institutions, credit insurance companies, business information companies, consulting firms, professionals or service companies (including IT, systems administration or hosting companies), as well as public and private bodies, including following inspections and audits.
These recipients, should they process data on behalf of the Controller, will be appointed as data processors pursuant to an agreement or other legal deed. 

Data transfer to a non-EU country and/or international organisation
Personal data will not be transferred either to non-European or to international organisations.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
The Data Subject has the right to ask the Data Controller to access his or her personal data and to rectify them if they are inaccurate, to erase them or restrict their processing to the extent as appropriate, to object to their processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, as well as to obtain the portability of the data personally provided only if they are subject to automated processing based on consent or by contract. The Data Subject also has the right to withdraw the consent given for the processing purposes that require such consent, with the understanding that this will not affect the lawfulness based on the consent given prior to such withdrawal.
