White wine varieties from our local area
Combination of vineyards in the province of Treviso.
The grapes are picked in the second half of September. At the winery, the grapes are gently pressed and then undergo a slow fermentation process in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts.
Intense and bright straw yellow.
Mature fruit plays the leading role, with hints of apple and lychees, followed by a bouquet of white flowers.
A full flavour, with a light carbonic fizz bringing out a delicate sensation of minerality. A sapid finish enhance with acacia and apricot.
Excellent when matched with light dishes, fish dishes and vegetables.
