Single vineyard in the DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene area.
The grapes are hand-picked in the second half of September. At the winery, the grapes are gently pressed and then undergo a slow fermentation process in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts.
Aromas of yellow fruit, roses and acacia flowers.
A smooth and sapid finish, persistent.
Excellent throughout a meal, this wine goes well with steamed fish and delicate dishes.
