Craft blonde beer, bottom-fermented, unpasteurized, unfiltered. Bottle fermented. Free of solids in suspension and, sometimes, veiled by yeast. Beer of great cleanliness and drinkability, with very clear flavors and aromatics due to the low temperature fermentation.
