Combination of vineyards in the province of Treviso.
The grapes are picked once they are completely mature in order to develop their aromatic content to the full. The grapes are normally picked in the second half of August.
Maceration over the skins lasts for approximately 48 hours, before a slow fermentation process at a controlled temperature using selected yeasts. The Charmat technique, lasting for a minimum of three months, is used to produce this sparkling wine.
Straw yellow with subtle coppery reflections.
Tropical notes that bring melon to mind, fragrances of small red fruits such as raspberries and mineral touches.
The low residual sugar content brings out this wine’s sapidity.
Excellent as an aperitif and perfect to accompany fried food, savoury pies, sushi and sashimi.
